The Naniwa Rust Eraser is a highly effective abrasive eraser for removing rust and patina, making it an indispensable tool for maintaining kitchen knives, tools, and other metal objects. It works on a similar principle to a standard paper eraser but contains fine abrasive particles that easily remove oxidation.

Instructions for use:
Gently rub the eraser over the rusted area. For the best visual result, always rub in the direction of the blade’s original finish (satin finish). After removing the rust, rinse the blade with water, dry it thoroughly, and apply a thin layer of oil (e.g., camellia oil) for long-term protection.

Warning: Since the eraser contains a fine abrasive, it leaves a matte (satin) finish. Therefore, do not use it on mirror-polished blades, as this would dull their shine.
